New construction projects and maintenance projects under $300,000 utilize the Regional Port Authority’s Small Works Roster. Contractors and property maintenance providers are encouraged to complete the Regional Port Authority’s Small Works Roster Application at any time.

Companies offering professional services such as architecture, landscape architecture, civil engineering, environmental engineering, and marine engineering specializing in design and construction of buildings, structures, roadways, utilities, landscape design, surveying and environmental assessments, marinas, and identification of hazardous substances, are encouraged to complete the Regional Port Authority’s Professional Services Roster Questionnaire at any time.
